My Approach

At Convergent Angle Counseling, our approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for the whole person. We create a space where clients are met as they are, without pressure to conform or be “fixed,” and where understanding replaces judgment. Therapy is a collaborative process, one that honors lived experience, encourages exploration, and supports growth at a pace that feels right for each individual.
